Items will be baked fresh on the day of collection.
We only use organic flour, and do not add preservatives, or enhancers, to our products so shelf life is lower than commercially baked products. All items can be frozen however.

Please note that due to the nature of our business we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
